Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Airsoft Referee and Party Host, with additional responsibilities in retail and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Airsoft, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Airsoft, Paintball, Gelblaster, and Nerf Referee Duties:

• Oversee and officiate airsoft games, ensuring adherence to safety rules and gameplay
  regulations.

• Communicate effectively with players, providing guidance and resolving any disputes during matches.

• Maintain a safe and fair playing environment by enforcing rules and addressing any breaches promptly.

• Set up and dismantle game equipment and fields as needed.

Airsoft Party Host Duties:

• Plan and organize airsoft parties and events, including birthday parties, corporate events, and team-building activities.

• Coordinate logistics such as bookings, schedules, and equipment rental for events.

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the event, ensuring a memorable experience for all participants.

• Engage with guests, facilitate games, and oversee activities to ensure everyone has a great time.

Retail and Customer Service Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the retail store, providing product knowledge and recommendations.

• Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail space, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of airsoft rules, equipment, and gameplay.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
   

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities associated with airsoft gameplay.

• Comfort with outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Compensation
Starting pay of $15/hour plus tips, with an increase to $16/hour plus tips after successful completion of training and 90 days of employment.
